Bring a recent office task
Bring one recent office task and the person who reviewed it. Walk through the work before deciding whether another role would help.
Start with what happened
- Who supplied the material?
- Who corrected the draft, and what changed?
- Where did the work go?
- What happened when the owner was absent?
- What would have to be true for a second useful week?
Bring the people who decide
The operator can explain the work. The person responsible for the budget needs the current total, term and setup effort. The person responsible for trust needs current privacy, access and exit evidence. Pastoral judgment stays with the church.
Choose a suitable example
A current Public sermon and its Sunday social post, or confirmed Visitor basics and a guest follow-up draft, can give the conversation a concrete starting point. A named person checks the work.
There is no need to bring pastoral-care, children’s or youth, donor, HR or counseling records.
This worksheet helps prepare a conversation. It does not establish product suitability or a customer outcome.
