Terms of service · version 1 · 14 September 2026
What you are agreeing to when you use the site, buy a map, or sign up.
By using this site, taking the free tools, buying something, or opening a workspace, you agree to these terms with Anchor Consulting Group. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.
A church that signs an order form or data processing agreement is covered by that document first; these terms fill in whatever it does not say.
The terms
Drafts only, your material stays yours, and you can always leave with everything.
1. Who you are agreeing with
Anchor Consulting Group, 175 Country Club Drive, Suite 400, Stockbridge, GA 30281, United States, operating as Second Chair and LDW.build. "We" and "us" on this page means that company. "You" means the person using the site and, where you act for a church, that church.
2. What Second Chair is, and is not
Second Chair is a workspace that drafts back-office work (announcements, follow-ups, curriculum, reports, plans) from your church's own material, in your church's voice. It produces drafts. A person at your church reviews each one and decides whether it goes out. Nothing sends on its own.
It is not a pastor, a counsellor, a lawyer, an accountant, or a theologian. It does not give legal, tax, financial, medical, or pastoral advice, and it does not do pastoral care, prayer, or membership decisions. Those stay with people, on purpose.
3. The free tools
The Staffing Report, the CULTURE field card, the demo pages, and anything else offered for free are provided as they are. The figures they produce are estimates from the answers you give, using stated assumptions, and are meant to start a conversation, not to be relied on as a valuation or a hiring decision.
4. What things cost
- The Operations Wall Map: $25, one time, delivered by email.
- The working session: $250 for forty-five minutes with Lonnell D. Williams, reading your map with you.
- A workspace: $299 a month for the base (the Chief of Staff and the workspace), plus $99 a month for each additional agent you add. Each agent includes $15 a month of model usage; usage past that is billed at our cost. Founding churches pay $79 per agent, locked for thirty-six months.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax the law makes us collect. Payment is taken by Stripe. Refunds are on the refund policy.
5. Subscription terms
The first term of a workspace is six months. After that it runs month to month, and either side can end it with thirty days' written notice. There is no exit fee. Your full export (material, drafts, history, and the skills crafted from your material) is free during the term and for fourteen days after it ends. We may change prices for a new term with at least thirty days' notice; a change never applies mid-term, and a founding rate stays locked for its thirty-six months.
6. Your material, our platform
Your material is yours. Giving it to the product grants us a licence to use it only to run your workspace. The skill crafted from your material is yours to keep and export; we hold a licence to run it for you while you are a customer. The platform, its code and its design are ours. Nothing you give us is used to improve any other church's workspace, and it is not used to train an AI model, by us or by our drafting provider. The detail is on Your data.
7. What you agree not to do
- Give the product material you do not have the right to use, or anyone's personal information without a lawful basis for it.
- Give the product records about children. It refuses them, and you agree not to try around that.
- Try to reach another church's data, probe the service, or interfere with it.
- Resell the service or present its drafts as reviewed by us.
- Use it for anything unlawful.
The workspace owner is responsible for who they invite in and for reviewing what goes out under the church's name.
8. Accounts
Sign-in is by a link emailed to you; there is no password to keep. Keep that inbox secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your access. We may suspend access to protect the service or other churches, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
9. What we promise, and the limits
We will run the service with care and tell you first if something goes wrong with your data. Beyond that, the site and the product are provided as they are. Drafts can be wrong, incomplete, or off in tone, which is exactly why a person reviews them. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and scheduled jobs can run late.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $25, if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability the law does not let us limit.
10. Ending things
You can stop using the free tools at any time, and end a workspace with thirty days' notice after the first term. We can end these terms for a serious breach after telling you what it is and, where it can be put right, giving you a fair chance to do so. Either way, your export is available as described above.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. If something goes wrong, write to us first; most things are sorted with one email. Anything that cannot be sorted goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Henry County, Georgia, and both sides agree to that venue.
12. Changes to these terms
We date every version and list what changed at the bottom of this page. A change that matters to a paying church is emailed to the workspace owner at least thirty days before it takes effect.
