What we collect, why we have it, and how to get it gone.
This page covers the public site and the emails it sends. What we hold for a church that is a customer, inside its workspace, is answered separately on Your data.
Second Chair is operated by Anchor Consulting Group, a Georgia company. Where this page and a signed agreement differ, the signed one wins.
The short version
We keep what you give us to send you what you asked for, and nothing more.
1. Who we are
Anchor Consulting Group, 175 Country Club Drive, Suite 400, Stockbridge, GA 30281, United States. We build and run Second Chair and its sister product the Watchman, under the LDW.build name. Write to hello@ldw.build for anything on this page.
2. What we collect, and when
Only what you type into a form. Nothing is collected in the background.
- The Staffing Report: your church name, your email address, your fifteen answers, and the report we compute from them.
- The CULTURE field card: your first name and email address.
- The Operations Wall Map ($25): your answers and the email address the map goes to. Payment happens on Stripe's checkout page. We never see your card number, only that the order was paid.
- A workspace: the email you sign in with, and the material your church chooses to give the product. That is described in full on Your data.
- Automatically: our host keeps ordinary server logs (the address a request came from, the page, the browser) for a short time to keep the site running. There is no analytics tool, no advertising pixel, and no tracking cookie on this site. See Cookies.
3. What we use it for
- To send what you asked for: the report, the field card, the map, the workspace sign-in link.
- To send the Staffing Report follow-ups: five short emails over seven weeks about the Wall Map. Every one carries a one-click stop link, and the sequence ends on its own.
- To bill you and to answer you when you write to us.
- To run the product and to count what happened this week. Internal counts, not lists for anyone else.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
4. Who else sees it
Five providers, and no others. Each one holds only the piece it needs to do its job.
- Supabase stores the database, including report leads and orders.
- Vercel hosts the site and runs the scheduled jobs.
- Resend delivers our email to you.
- Stripe takes payment. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
- Anthropic drafts inside the product, from the church material relevant to the draft. Nothing from this public site reaches it.
Beyond those five: only if the law requires it, or to protect someone from harm.
5. How long we keep it
- Report leads and field-card requests: until you ask us to delete them, or two years after we last heard from you, whichever comes first.
- Orders: the record that a map was bought is kept for seven years, because tax law asks us to keep sales records.
- Workspace data: for as long as the church is a customer, then per the export and deletion terms on Your data.
- Server logs: a matter of days, set by our host.
6. Your choices
Stop the emails: every follow-up has a stop link at the bottom, and it works in one click. See, correct, or delete what we hold: email hello@ldw.build from the address you gave us. No account is needed and we answer within thirty days, usually much sooner. If you are in a place that gives you further rights over your data (the EU, the UK, California among them), the same address is where you use them.
7. Children
This site and the product are for church staff and leaders, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under sixteen. Inside the product, children's records are refused at the door; that rule and how it is enforced are on Your data. If you believe a child has given us something, write to us and it will be removed.
8. Where it lives, and how it is protected
In the United States, with the providers above. Everything travels over encrypted connections. Credentials are encrypted before they are stored. Inside the product, a rule on every table stops one church reading another's rows. If you are writing to us from outside the United States, know that your data will be handled here.
