If it was not what you needed, say so.
Three things cost money here. Each has its own line below, and none of them requires a reason.
Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, and usually show within five to ten business days.
The three
A map, a session, a subscription.
1. The Operations Wall Map, $25
Full refund within fourteen days of purchase, no questions. Email hello@ldw.build from the address the map was sent to, and it is done within two business days. You keep the map.
2. The working session, $250
Full refund within fourteen days of purchase, no questions. Email hello@ldw.build from the address on your order. Move your session for free with at least twenty-four hours' notice. If we have to cancel, you choose: a new time, or the full amount back.
3. A workspace subscription
Subscriptions are billed monthly and are not refunded for a month already started. After the six-month first term you can end it with thirty days' written notice, there is no exit fee, and your full export is free. If in the first thirty days of a new workspace the product is plainly not doing what these pages say it does, write to us and we will make it right, including a refund of that first month.
A founding rate ends when the subscription ends; it does not carry over to a later return.
4. How to ask
One email to hello@ldw.build, from the address on the order, saying which of the three it is. We reply within two business days. If you paid by a card that has since been closed, Stripe returns the money to the bank that issued it and the bank forwards it to you.
